JHPTS Program News



Students from the JHPTS In-house program in the Northeast United States kicked off their training season with a two-day, sixteen-hour training session. The class included classroom presentations, demonstrations and exercises and practical exercises following sign through both a pitch pine oak forest and sandplain grassland. Students also practiced night tracking and aging sign during this class. Students at this class included a volunteer search and rescue K9 handler and municipal, county and state law enforcement officers.









JHPTS Visual Tracking just completed an Advanced 24-hour class from June 8-10 and a Basic 24-hour class from June 11-13 at the  RAM Center in Sundance, Wyoming sponsored by Wyoming State Trackers.

Congratulations to Apprentice Trackers Dan and Brenna Hutchison on the birth of their son, Noll Patrick Hutchison, born April 23, 2020.  How wonderful.
