JHPTS just completed both Advanced and Basic Trackers courses last week.  Who knew it could rain so hard!  Lots of learning and tracking took place, as well as certification granted.

Congratulations to the following trackers:

Basic Trakers
Aaron Moiso of Idaho Mountain Rescue Search and Rescue
Mary Moiso of Idaho Mountain Rescue Search and Rescue
Apprentice Trackers
Cody Hagerty of Jefferson County Search and Rescue (Montana)
John Schramm of Jefferson County Search and Rescue (Montana)

The Three Fires Trackers played an important role in the evidence recovery of the below mentioned criminal prosecution, using the tracking techniques they learned, and now teach, from the JHPTS-Visual Tracking program.

The Trackers testifying were; Alfred Fox, Journeyman; Ashley Zurn, Basic and Tony Christensen, Basic.

The late Richard Fox, Jr., Apprentice Tracker,  was very instrumental in this investigation.  Sadly, he passed away before the trial. We are certain that Richard is smiling down on his team for their effort and accomplishment.

Congratulations on a job well done!
